Hello Freddy,
ReplyDeleteI am a huge plan and understand that you are a venture capitalist. I have a business I am short with funding.
Downtown Flea Market
Fort Greene Brooklyn next door to Atlantic terminal mall.
Open 3 days / week
30 spaces from the beginning.
We will charge $50 / day.
$1500/ day x 3 days = $4500 / week. $18,000 month gross!!
Expenses are $2000/month including taxes.
Insurance is $1035 / year = $86.25 month
$18,000 - $2086.25 = $15,913.75 (net!!!)
$15,913.75 split 3 ways = $5304.58 / month
Utility we will open up separately but don't think we even need to open an account since its an outdoor space and vendors bring there own generators. So far 238 vendors have emailed me for spot reservations but we only need 30!!!!!!!
